LOL, Well I have the hard copy and I also have the steam copy. So this make no sence as all. The support from Uplay is a pain in the asss. I have had other problems here on steam, and got help with that.

I am starting to think the support for this game is going to suck majorly. I also have BOTH Anno 1404 games on my end, and have no trouble with them at all. So why this one game???? I bought it, activated it on my UPLAY account, game worked fine. Played a hour or two, then deinstalled it for later since i had a lot of other games still to finish. After a few months i reinstalled the game, started it and was greeted by the game asking me for the serial key at the title screen. I entered the key and the game told me 'this key is already in use by another Uplay account'. And that was it. Never was able to play the game again after that and the Ubisoft Support literally said ' we dont know, we cant help you, sorry'.
